This workshop is for the ones who raised themselves.
The ones who always had to be strong.
The ones who mastered independence, not out of empowerment but out of absence.
For the ones who were told to stop crying, to shrink, to behave, to be grateful.
For the ones who became their own protector, not because they were fearless, but because there was no one else.
For the ones who needed warmth, but got silence. Who needed safety, but got chaos.
If your body has been holding it all–the ache, the longing, the grief...
It's your time to be held now. Gently, softly, and with reverence.
At this workshop, you'll prctice speaking to the places that longed to be seen.
You'll rest in the softness you didn't grow up with.
This may stir up old pain. But it can also waken new compssion. For yourself, for your story. To be imprinted in the generations to come.
And after our deep dive through writing, you'll be held in a hammock and immersed in the soothing frequencies of singing bowls.
This is for the version of you that still waits to be chosen. To be soothed. To be seen. Let her know: you're here now.

At this workshop, you are invited to connect with folks who can understand, relate to, and validate your lived experience. In this safe container, we will practice somatic approaches to help establish calm and safety in your body, explore a powerful writing exercise in reparenting, and finally surrender into a womb-inspired sound bath experience intended to help support your mental and emotional well-being.
This is a practice of self re-parenting but specifically in regards to mothering ourselves. It involves tuning in to the inner child that exists in all of us and offering them the words and actions they most needed but did not receive.
Join us and be reminded that you are not alone on your journey, that it is totally possible to experience relief from all you've been carrying, and that you have full permission to take care of yourself.
Please read the FAQs below for more information.
Water, tea and a light, nourishing meal will be served.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the sound bath.
